What is Matthew A. Linde, P.A.?
Matthew A. Linde, P.A. (the corporation) is a profit corporation organized and operated under Florida law. The Director and President of the corporation is Matthew A. Linde. Thus, the name of the corporation is the same as the same of the President and Director. People often ask what does the PA stand for? PA stands for professional association. Rule 4-8.6 of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar allows attorneys to practice law through professional service corporations. Pursuant to Florida statute 612.12(2) a professional service corporation shall also contain the name P.A. which stands for professional association.
The number of attorneys in the corporation has changed between one and three attorneys. Currently, the corporation has one attorney and four non-attorney support staff. If you contact us the person that you are most likely to come in contact with is Tiffany Salamida. She is my incredibly gifted receptionist. She is in that position because she really cares about people and I am very blessed to have her work for me. Another person that you are likely to speak with is Rissa Arias. She has been with the corporation since 2004 and is my office manager. She is also very gifted and genuinely cares about people. She also keeps my books and answers initial questions about monthly bills that are sent out.

- My mom died after being married to my dad for many years; (2) soon after mom died a much younger woman (Liaretta) started following dad around; (3) eventually just before dad died he changed his will and made Liaretta the personal representative of the will; (4) we have filed a petition to revoke the will, but we have discovered that the vast majority of assets were transferred to Liaretta before dad died. We are concerned that by the time we get to trial on the will contest, Liaretta will have spent or transferred the funds she duped dad into transferring to her before he died. What can we do?
