Linde of Fort Myers, Florida has successfully completed its examination leading to such certification as of August 2nd, 2016.
Certification in elder law – one of the fastest growing fields in the legal profession – will provide a measure of assurance to the public that the attorney has an in-depth working knowledge of the legal issues that impact the elderly.

Mr. Linde is also Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Elder Law and in Wills, Trusts and Estates. Mr. Linde has practiced elder law in Florida and other states for over 20 years and focuses his practice on: estate planning, administration and litigation, guardianship administration and litigation, elder law including asset and long-term care planning for the elderly and limited tax litigation.
