Attorney Daniel A. Orangio

Daniel A. Orangio received a B.S. in Legal Studies at FGCU, graduating summa cum laude in 2022.  He received his J.D. from Ave Maria’s School of Law, graduating early in December of 2024, in the top 20 of his class.  He distinguished himself at law school by serving on Law Review and as a member of the Environmental Law Society.  Daniel earned admission to the Dean’s List multiple consecutive semesters, each while working part-time to support his family.

Daniel completed a highly competitive internship at Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti, & Rudnick, LLP, with a focus on real property transactions.  He then moved to Cole, Scott, and Kissane, P.A., as a summer associate.  After the summer program ended, Daniel was offered a position as an associate, and he continued working there part-time while he finished law school.

Upon admission to the bar, Daniel began his career in civil litigation, gaining invaluable experience as a defense attorney in insurance defense, with personal injury cases like car accidents, slip-and-falls, construction defects, wrongful death, employment law, and contract disputes.  Daniel has lived in Naples since 2011.  He and his wife, Kira, have two children, Zane and Zoey.  Daniel was admitted to the Florida Bar on April 14, 2025, and joined Linde, Gould & Associates on November 17, 2025.  Since joining the firm, Daniel has employed his litigation experience in estate and trust cases, guardianships, and probate proceedings.
