Eva R. Thompson

Eva is originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from the University of Missouri in 2019 with a degree in journalism and political science. She went on to earn her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2024.

During law school, Eva served as President of the Student Bar Association, was a Fellow at the Business Law Institute, and held executive roles on the Moot Court Board. She also worked as a research assistant to the dean, contributing to the publication of two books and several scholarly articles focused on Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights. Her advocacy skills earned her recognition, including Best Brief at the Robert Bork Memorial Moot Court Competition and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing.

Eva gained valuable legal experience as a law clerk for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement and at ICBC Standard in New York City, where she supported the general counsel.

Eva joined Linde, Gould & Associates in March 2025.
